Items purchased online from Alliance Labs’ retail sites may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Alliance Labs only accepts product returns purchased via our company websites. Please complete the below form. You will be prompted for your mailing, email address, and reason for the return. All returns must be in the original packaging, and proof of purchase must be provided with your return. Credits will not be given without product being returned. Please include the original receipt and circle the item(s) you are returning. Your return will be credited to your method of payment once we have received and processed the returned product(s). Please allow 30 days for return processing.
Please complete the below form and click “submit.” A customer service representative will email you the returns label, which is required to ship your product back to Alliance Labs. Please keep a record of the tracking number. You will need to provide the tracking number when contacting customer service regarding the return.
Products returned without a receipt or in their original packaging are subject to the approval of customer service. If you do not have the original receipt, please contact customer service toll-free at 1-800-650-0113.
